1. What the App Does

Plain English, Please is a writing and communication clarity tool. It helps users rewrite text to make their meaning clearer and less likely to be misunderstood.

The App does not:

  • Provide therapy, counseling, or medical advice
  • Diagnose or treat any condition
  • Analyze or predict other people's thoughts, emotions, or intentions

The App is a general-purpose writing aid.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the App and how you use any rewritten text it produces. You understand that:

  • Communication outcomes depend on many factors beyond wording
  • We do not guarantee how others will interpret or respond to your messages
  • You should use your own judgment before sending any message

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App:

We reserve the right to restrict access if the App is used in harmful or abusive ways.

4. Free and Pro Versions

The App may offer a free version with limited usage and a one-time paid Pro version (currently $5 USD).

  • All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law
  • Pro features may change over time, but core functionality will remain

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App (or parts of it) at any time. We are not liable for interruptions or changes in availability.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including guarantees of accuracy, outcomes, or uninterrupted service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plain English, Please is not liable for any damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the App
